Thank you for your purchase of our LoveBuzz product. We have put a lot of thought into the development of this product and are confident that you will have as much enjoyment using it as we have had in creating it. And to give you additional peace of mind, all of the LoveBuzz rechargeable products come with a 2 year limited warranty. What does this mean exactly? Well it means that your trust and satisfaction is our number 1 priority and we have got you covered! If for any reason your product fails to function properly, just contact us and we will replace it for you with zero hassles. But in order to take advantage of this additional protection, be sure to register your LoveBuzz rechargeable product within 30 days of the original purchase date. Just fill out the following simple registration form and we will handle the rest. Warranty Terms and Conditions: This warranty covers the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. LoveBuzz warrants that this product, when delivered to you in original packaging and in new condition from a LoveBuzz authorized reseller and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of 2 years after the original date of purchase. In order for this warranty to be valid, the product must be registered with LoveBuzz within 30 days of the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover defects or failures resulting from unreasonable or improper use; failure to follow operating instructions; accident; lightning; power surges; connections to improper voltage supply; and unauthorized alteration or modification of the original product. During the warranty period, LoveBuzz will, at our sole option, repair or replace (using new or refurbished replacement parts) any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge. LoveBuzz will NOT pay shipping charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes.
